Majathal Sanctuary is located on the Shimla Highway in the incredible Himachal Pradesh, India. The sanctuary has a wide area of 40 square kilometres. The place is blessed with natural enigmatic beauty with calm and soothing climate. The Majathal Sanctuary was established in the year 1974.

The area has a thick population of the valuable Pine trees. The adjacent forest is also habitat for the various life forms.
